The IFLA! website draws inspiration from the construction of a patchwork quilt, developing the bold and colourful visual language used throughout the printed issues. A growing colour palette forms a modular system of blocks that can be used to access different offerings from IFLA!.
In order to create this website, I conducted workshops with the team to strategise a renewed structure for the project. We considered our content at three scales, internally referred to as Big Bite (a publication), Medium bite (an article), and Small Bite (social media posts). This structure was built into the website’s architecture.
